Day 02 : Kolkata / Guwahati / Samdrup Jongkhar
In the morning transfer to airport to board the flight for Guwahati. On arrival in Guwahati, drive to Samdrup Jongkhar. After completing, the arrival formalities of Bhutan transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Samdrup Jongkhar.
Day 03 : Samdrup Jongkhar / Trashigang
Morning drive to Trashigang. Driving uphill, you will reach Khaling to visit the Blind School and Weaving Centre. Further drive and on the way visit Zangtho Pelri temple. Overnight at the hotel in Trashigang.
Day 04 : Trashigang / Gomkora / Mongar
Morning visit Trashigang Dzong. Later drive to Mongar en-route visiting Gom Kora and crossing Kori-la pass (2,450m/8,040ft). Overnight at the hotel in Mongar.
Day 05 : Mongar / Bumthang
Morning visit Mongar Dzong, the administrative headquarters for Mongar district. Later drive to Bumthang. You will pass by Kurichu River and cross the Thrumshing-la pass (4,000m/13,125 ft). Overnight at the hotel in Bumthang.
Morning have walking tour visiting Kurje Lhakhang, Jambey Lhakhang and Tamshing lhakhang. After lunch visit Jakar Dzong and then take a stroll through Bumthang's market area before returning to the lodge. Overnight at the hotel in Bumthang.
Day 07 : Bumthang / Chumey / Trongsa
Morning drive to Trongsa via Chumey and over the Yutong-la pass (3,400m / 11,155 ft). Visit Yathra Weaving Centren in Chumey valley. In Trongsa, you will visit Trongsa Dzong, built in 1648 and the Museum of Monarchy, the watch tower - Ta-dzong, built in 1652. Overnight at the hotel in Trongsa.
Day 08 : Trongsa / Punakha
After breakfast drive to Punakha. Stop en- route at Chendbji Chorten, patterned on Kathmandu's Swayambhunath Stupa. You will cross Pele-la pass (3,300m/10,830 ft), the traditional boundary between east and west. Just before reaching Punakha take an easy walk though paddy fields to visit Chimi Lhakhang the fertility temple of Divine Madman. Overnight at the hotel in Punakha.
Day 09 : Punakha / Thimpu
Morning have beautiful hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten. Later visit Punakha Dzong. Afternoon drive to Thimpu, crossing Dochula pass (3080m). Just before reaching Thimpu visit Simtokha Dzong. Overnight at the hotel in Thimpu.
Enjoy a city of Thimpu visiting Textile Museum (Sat afternoon, Sun & Govt Holidays closed), Folk Heritage Museums, Institute for Zorig Chusum (Closed on weekends), the National Memorial Chorten, Changangkha Lhakhang, Buddha point and Trashichhodzong. Overnight at the hotel in Thimpu.
Morning drive to Paro. After check in visit Rinpung Dzong, Kyichu Lakhang and Drukgyel Dzong. Overnight at the hotel in Paro.
After leisurely breakfast go for an excursion to Taktsang Monastery (5hrs hike). Rest the day is free to relax after a tough hike. Overnight at the hotel in Paro.
Morning board the flight for Kolkata. After check in, city tour of Kolkata. Drive past Howrah Bridge, visit Victoria Memorial and the Digambar Jain Parasnath Temple. Overnight at the hotel in Kolkata.
Day 14 : Kolkata / Depart
Transfer to airport to connect to flight for onward destination.
